You aren't missing
an audience.
You're missing an address.

You've been making this work for years. The people are there. What isn't there is the place to send them — the site, the booking link, the list you actually own.

I look at what you've built, tell you what's working and what's quietly costing you, and then build the thing that finally holds it.

The Diagnosis

It's all there.
It's just everywhere.

The best thing you do is a private link you send people after events. Your writing builds somebody else's SEO. Your prices live in your head and shift a little depending on who's asking. Your best offer is a pinned post from March.

You've got a business that works. What you don't have is anywhere to put it.

And here's the part that isn't your fault: nobody who's in it can see it. You've spent years doing the work instead of packaging the work, and that's the correct order — you found out what people would pay for by getting paid. But it means the story of your business never caught up to the business.

You can't read the label from inside the jar. That's not a character flaw. That's the whole job.
What I Do

I'm a strategist who can build the thing.

Most people make you choose.

A strategist hands you a deck, tells you what you should do, and disappears. A designer makes it beautiful and never asks what it's for. One of them leaves you with a plan you can't execute. The other leaves you with a website that's very pretty and doesn't say anything.

I do both, in that order. Always in that order.

First I survey it — what's working, what's leaking, where the gap is between what you're worth and what you're charging. Then I build the brand, the site, and the systems that say it out loud, to the exact woman you're trying to reach.

My favorite part of this job is the moment a woman sees her own business clearly for the first time in years. Everything after that is just making sure her people can see it too.

Nobody builds without a survey.

Before anyone puts a shovel in the ground, somebody walks the site. Where the boundaries are. What the ground will hold. What you're actually allowed to build here.

That's The Survey. One week, three sessions, and a written read on your business.

Session One
Positioning

What you actually do, said in one sentence. Your point of view. And who this isn't for, which is the part most people skip and the part that makes everything else work.

Session Two
Offer Architecture

Every service you sell, priced and structured. What's bookable, what's by application, what's free and why.

Session Three
The Brand World

Direction, mood, references. What “not stuffy” looks like in pixels.

What you walk away with
Your positioning statement and point of view, written down
Messaging pillars with example headlines — the things you say, in the order you say them
An offer architecture map — every service, priced and structured
A verbal identity brief
Naming decision locked, plus a domain and handle audit
A written read on what's working, what's leaking, and what to stop doing
$2,500

No design, no website — this is the thinking, not the building.

And if you want to take it and build the rest yourself, you can. It's yours. That's the point of writing it down.

If you book a build within 60 days, The Survey comes off the price. In full.

What Beth Says

What this is actually like.

Beth is an artist and art director with years of work behind her and a website she kept telling herself she'd get to. Here's what she said when we finished.

“Working with Brandi to uplevel my website and my brand was such an incredible experience. It was also really confronting in the best way. Through the tools, advice, and encouragement Brandi gave me, I started to realize all the places I had been hiding in my business — just not showing up fully because of fear and doubt.

Brandi helped me optimize everything from the overall visual direction of my website and branding, to marketing, content creation, selling products, and even how I show up as an artist. I had no doubt that by the time we finished, I was going to have no choice but to show up fully and confidently, because now I am GOING to get eyes on me.

For years, I told myself I could just build my own website and that I didn't need to hire someone. Working with Brandi has been so eye-opening. I truly don't think I could have gotten my brand to this level of professionalism on my own, and I'm incredibly grateful to have had her in my corner for this chapter of my business's story.

If you're thinking about working with Brandi, do it. She doesn't just make your brand look better, she helps you see your business differently, and she gives you the tools and confidence to actually step into it.”

Positioning statement and point of view
Messaging pillars with example headlines
Offer architecture map — every service, priced and structured
Verbal identity brief
Naming decision + domain and handle audit

The thinking, on paper, yours to keep. Credited in full toward a build booked within 60 days.

The Address + The Engine
four weeks
from$10,000

Everything in The Address, plus the systems that make it earn:

Brand world expansion — pattern and texture library
Systems audit — what's working, what's leaking, what to stop doing, grounded in your actual analytics
Integrated marketing plan across the channels you already use
Your best free thing built into a real front door, with capture and delivery
4-email welcome sequence, written and loaded
Newsletter template, built and live
Three SEO-focused blog posts, written and loaded
Content template kit — social templates, layouts, and 30 prompts mapped to your messaging pillars
Three additional pages
Press and directory positioning

Scoped and quoted individually. This is the tier for a launch with a date on it — a product, a book, a rebrand.

Adding The Engine later is $5,000 instead of $2,500. Same work, twice the price, because building it while everything is already open on my desk is a real efficiency. If there's any chance you want it, want it now.

I work with one client at a time.

Not one-at-a-time-ish. One. A build gets my whole attention for the three or four weeks it runs, and a Survey week is somebody's whole week too — so I don't stack them. During your weeks, you are the only client I have. You will never be the one I'm half-here for because someone else's launch went sideways.

A month is one build, or up to four Survey weeks. When it's full, it's full. I'd rather say that plainly than dress it up as urgency.

50% at signing — reserves your dates. 25% at brand approval. 25% at launch. Fixed fee. Never a surprise. Or spread it across four monthly payments, first at signing, last before handoff — payment plans run by bank transfer, which keeps the money in the build instead of in card fees.

What I'm willing to guarantee.

You're being asked to commit thousands of dollars to something you can't see yet, on the word of someone you've spoken to a handful of times. That's a real risk and it shouldn't all be yours.

The Discovery Exit

Week one is The Survey — the same work I sell on its own for $2,500.

If you get to the end of it and the direction isn't yours — if you look at it and think that isn't my business — we stop there. You've bought The Survey, you keep every document from it, and the balance is never invoiced. No build, no argument, no awkwardness.

I'd rather find that out in week one than build you a house you don't want to live in.

The Operable Guarantee

Thirty days after launch, if you can't add a page, swap a photo, or send a newsletter on your own — I retrain you until you can. Free, for as long as it takes.

The whole point of this is that you can run it without me. If you can't, I haven't finished.

Claude Systems & Automation

Custom tools, skills and workflows built inside your own Claude account — your brand voice, your copy, your marketing materials, set up so you can keep producing them without me. You own it, it lives in your account, and it doesn't expire when the build ends.

Priced per scope.

Is This You?

Let's be honest.

This is for you if:

You've been selling this a while and you know it works — people have paid you, more than once
You're the bottleneck now, and you know it
You've outgrown the version of this you built yourself
You have a budget set aside for the next stage of your business
You can show up and be responsive during your build
You're building on Webflow or Shopify — or you're happy to

This isn't for you if:

You haven't sold it yet — start with The Mirror Method, and come back when you know it works. I'd rather you spend nothing than spend this.
You want someone to run it for you — this is a build and a handoff, not a retainer
You're looking for the cheapest option — this is an investment in a business that already earns
You're committed to Wix, Squarespace or WordPress — I build in Webflow and Shopify, and I'd rather tell you now than on the call
Why Me

I build systems, not deliverables.

Fragmented photo of Building My Daydream founder, Brandi Zapchenk pointing straight at the camera

Most brand designers hand you a beautiful PDF and a website and then disappear. Six months later the site is stale, the newsletter never launched, and the brand guidelines are in a folder you can't find. That's not because the designer was bad at design. It's because you were handed assets instead of systems.

What you'll have at the end of this is a business you can operate. A place to send people. A way for them to book you. A reason for them to give you their email. A plan for what to say and where to say it, and templates that make the saying of it fast.

Built specifically to work on the weeks you don't feel like showing up — because those are the weeks that decide whether a business compounds or stalls.

I've started more businesses than most people think is reasonable. A leather goods company built with Moroccan artisans. A taco truck in Marrakech. A glamping business. A food truck. I learned about self-employment taxes when the IRS reminded me first. I built systems after burning out without them. I put the bricks on the house while I was living in it.

I'm not here to build my thing. I'm here to build yours. 🖤

FAQ

How does it actually work?

Week one is The Survey. Positioning, your offers priced and structured, and a visual direction — and everything I need from you, collected in one place. Nothing gets built against a moving target.

Then I build. Brand, website, systems — assembled, tested, and finished with a recorded walkthrough where I hand you the keys.

You walk in with a business that works and walk out with one that looks like it.

Why would I buy The Survey on its own?

Because the thinking is the part you can't get anywhere else, and it's the part that makes everything else worth building.

Some people buy it because they want the read before they commit to the build. Some buy it because they've got a designer already and what they're missing is the strategy. And some take the documents and build the rest themselves — which is a completely legitimate thing to do with it. It's yours.

If you do decide to build with me within 60 days, it comes off the price in full.

Why two weeks and not six months?

Because I have ADHD, and hyperfixation is the most powerful tool I own.

Give me one business and a fixed window and I will go all the way in — your market, your voice, your systems, the entire world of it — at a depth that isn't available to someone splitting themselves across nine retainers. Two weeks isn't a limit I work around. It's the shape my best work comes in.

Then I hand you the keys and get out of the way, because the whole point was always that you can run it without me.

I already have a website. Is this a rebuild?

Usually, yes — and that's normally the right call. A site built three years ago was built for the business you had three years ago, and retrofitting it costs more than it saves.

What we don't throw away is everything that's working: your audience, your voice, your offers, the proof you've collected. That comes with you. It just finally gets somewhere to live.

What if I'm not tech savvy at all?

That's the entire reason this service exists. Your site is custom-built in Webflow with Editor access, or in Shopify — you can update text and swap photos, but you cannot break the design. Your walkthrough is recorded, and your Business Toolkit spells everything out in plain English.

What do I need to have ready before we start?

Less than you think, and I'll never let you guess. After you book, you get an intake form and a prep guide that spell out exactly what I need. Broadly: your existing offers and what you charge, your story, whatever photography you already have, your logins, and a little availability during your Survey week.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. 50% secures your dates, 25% at brand approval, 25% at launch. Or four monthly payments, first at signing and last before handoff — those run by bank transfer, which keeps the money in your build instead of in card processing fees.

If you need a different rhythm, we sort it out before your dates are booked, so the build itself is all about building and not billing.

What happens after the build is over?

You own everything. Every account is in your name, every login is yours, and your Business Toolkit tells you exactly how to run your own machine. You keep your recorded walkthrough forever.

Thirty days of email support is included. After that there's a Support Block — three hours for $400 — when you want a hand. No retainer, no subscription, nothing that renews on you.

Why Webflow or Shopify?

Because that's where I build best and fastest, and speed is most of what you're paying for. Your site is custom-built in Webflow with Editor access — you can update text and swap photos, but you cannot break the design. If you're selling physical product, we build in Shopify. If you're already on another platform and you love it, I'm probably not your person, and I'd rather say that now.

How many clients do you take?

One at a time. Not one-at-a-time-ish — one.

A build gets my whole attention for the three or four weeks it runs, and a Survey week is somebody's whole week too, so I don't run them on top of each other. A month is one build, or up to four Survey weeks.

This isn't a scarcity tactic, it's arithmetic. I'm not an agency, and the work only comes out right when it's the only thing on my desk.

You've built the thing. Let's make it look like it.
