I collect what I need to answer you, send you what you asked for, and understand which pages people read. I don't sell it, I don't run ads, and analytics stays off unless you say yes.
This site is run by Building My Daydream LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company. When this page says "I" or "me," that's who it means. You can reach me at brandi@buildingmydaydream.com or by mail at 116 Agnes Rd, Ste 200, Knoxville, TN 37919.

I don't collect anything from you that you don't type in yourself, except the analytics described above.
This site uses one kind of cookie, for Google Analytics, and it stays off until you click Fine by me on the cookie notice. If you click No thanks, the analytics cookies aren't set, and any already set are removed.
Your choice is saved in your own browser (in local storage, under the name bmd-consent) so I don't ask you on every page. You can change your mind any time with the Cookie preferences link at the bottom of every page.
The site uses Google's Consent Mode. When analytics is off, the Google tag still loads and may send Google basic measurements without cookies, such as that a page loaded, your browser type and the page you came from. Nothing is stored on your device to recognize you on your next visit.
I don't use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or retargeting.
I don't track you across other websites. Because of that, the site doesn't change how it behaves when your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
I don't sell, rent or trade your information. I don't use it for advertising. I only share it with the services listed above, and only so they can do the job listed there.
Every email I send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it and you're off the list. No hoops, no guilt.
You can ask me to show you what I have about you, correct it, or delete it. Email brandi@buildingmydaydream.com and I'll answer within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under local law. I'll honor reasonable requests wherever you are.
I use reputable services, keep my logins in a password manager, and only collect what I need. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send anything sensitive through a form, such as passwords or financial details.
This site is for adults running businesses. It isn't directed to children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child has sent me something, email me and I'll delete it.
Some links go to sites I don't run, like Calendly, Instagram or YouTube. Their privacy policies apply there, not this one.
If I change this policy, I'll update the date at the top of this page. If a change matters, such as a new way your information is used, I'll say so at the top of this page and in The Daydream Dispatch.
Email brandi@buildingmydaydream.com. A real person reads it. That's me.
