You aren't missing an audience. You're missing an address.
You've been in business six years. Resume sessions, college path exploration, accountability coaching, reading cards — and none of those were pivots away from each other. They were layers.
The through-line has always been the same: helping people hear themselves.
You have a master's in social work and you read cards. You know how to sit with someone in a real crisis and you know how to walk them through a state licensing form. People call you the career witch. One of your friends said you "moved the furniture around in her brain," and when other people heard that, they said: that's what she does.
Most people offering readings cannot also coach someone through a career transition. Most career coaches cannot channel. You do both, from the same chair, in the same session — and it's the reason your resume clients kept ending up talking about photography businesses they'd never mentioned to anyone. That combination is the asset. Right now it's the least visible thing about you.
Your reach is real and your infrastructure is not.
A woman who taught you in seventh grade stopped you in a grocery store to hug you. People follow you for two and three years before they ever book — and when they finally meet you, they talk to you like you already know each other. Your stories convert because they feel like a text message, not a billboard. Three discounted readings sold out in three hours.
And yet: there is no calendar anyone can book. There is no home for Intuitive Strength Training, which is arguably your best work — it's a private YouTube link. The Soul Led Network is legally protected and sitting in a Google Doc. The Community Cup lives in a pinned post. Your long-form writing builds Substack's SEO instead of yours. Your podcast back catalogue isn't anywhere findable.
That's the whole problem, and it's a very good problem to have, because it's fixable this fall.
The Aligned Way Oracle Deck releases on your thirtieth birthday — August 13, 2027. That's roughly eleven months out from this build.
Everything we do this fall is in service of one goal: when the deck arrives, you already have a recognisable point of view, a place to send people, and a list to launch to.
Bookshops, yoga studios and metaphysical retailers don't stock a deck because the art is good. They stock it because they can tell who it's for. Your job between now and next August is to become obvious.
My job is to build the machine that makes you obvious without requiring you to become a different person to run it. Which brings me to the constraint I'm designing around:
"If it's not coming through organically, it's not happening."
I believe you. So I'm not going to hand you a posting schedule you'll abandon by October. Every system here is built to survive your actual working style — including the part where you swing between wanting structure and running from it. That's a design requirement, not a personality flaw.
Most branding projects hand you a logo, a colour palette and a font pairing, and call it a brand. That's a brand kit. It's the paint, not the house.
A brand world is different. A brand world has named places in it. It has recurring rituals, textures, and a vocabulary that belongs to you. When someone lands anywhere inside it — your website, your inbox, your live, your workshop at a retreat, eventually the deck — they know instantly where they are.
Here's the thing: you already have a brand world. It's just scattered across six platforms and a Google Doc.
| The named thing | What it is now | What it becomes |
|---|---|---|
| Intuitive Strength Training | A private YouTube link you send after events | Your signature practice, your front door, and eventually a paid workshop |
| The Community Cup | A pinned post and an informal tip jar | A funded redistribution system with a page and a story |
| The Soul Led Network | A trademark-protected idea in a Google Doc | A living practitioner directory that makes you the connector |
| The Aligned Way | The name of the deck | The name of the philosophy the deck teaches |
| Aligned Oracle | A name you're trying on | The house all of the above live inside |
We are not inventing a world. You've been building one for six years — we're gathering it into one place and giving it a map.
On our call I pushed you on "aligned," and I want to close the loop in writing: aligned is among the most-used words in your category. On its own, it will not differentiate you.
But Aligned Oracle and The Aligned Way together are not one overused word — they're a naming system. One is who you are. The other is what you teach. That relationship does structural work a single floating word can't.
What it still means is that the word can't carry the differentiation by itself. The brand world has to do that work — the visual system, the voice, the origin story, the MSW, the career-witch angle, the refusal to be stuffy. That's precisely what Discovery Week is for, and it's why I'm not willing to start designing before we do it.
What we discussed on our call is bigger than a website project. Building your brand and your website is one job. Building the marketing engine that makes them earn money is a second job. Both are worth doing. Only one is urgent enough to be non-negotiable.
I'd rather tell you plainly than let a price sheet argue for me: a beautiful website with no capture mechanism and no plan is a very expensive business card. You already have the traffic. The first option gives it somewhere to land. The second gives it somewhere to go.
Everything in The Address, plus the systems that make it work: a systems audit, your integrated marketing plan, Intuitive Strength Training built out as a real front door with email capture and a welcome sequence, a content template kit, and three more pages that turn your site from a brochure into a world.
You get the address. Brand identity, brand guidelines, a full custom website, booking, and the tech stack underneath it. At the end you have a professional, unmistakably-you home to send every person you meet — and a booking link you can put in a bio.
The Engine costs $2,500 as part of the recommended option, and $5,000 added later as its own phase. Same work, twice the price — because the efficiency of building it while everything is already open on my desk is real. If there's any chance you want it, want it now.
Three discounted readings sold out in three hours. People follow you for two and three years before they book. And there is currently no calendar for any of them to book, and no list for any of them to join.
The bookings you lose to DM friction are real, and we'll put your actual numbers to that during Discovery. But the bigger number is the one you can't recover: you cannot launch a deck to an audience you didn't spend the year building. Every month between now and August is a month of list-building that doesn't happen twice. That's what this is really buying.
I take two clients a month. The Address + The Engine is a four-week build, which means whoever takes it isn't one of two — they're the only one. If that's you, September is yours and nobody else's. I'd rather say that plainly than dress it up as urgency.

Nothing gets designed until this is locked. You are still deciding who this brand is out loud, and if I start designing on day one, I'm designing against a moving target. One week of decisions up front buys back three weeks of revisions later.
You approve one visual direction by the final day of Discovery Week. The build starts against a locked direction.
A client-facing guide covering brand overview, logo suite and clear-space rules, colour, typography, voice and tone, usage do's and don'ts, and a full asset index. Written to be read by you, by Beth, by a printer, and by anyone you hire in the next five years.
Beth is your art director and the deck's illustrator. The brand world and the deck have to feel like the same universe, so I'll build one direct alignment touchpoint with her and share the colour, type and texture system — so the packaging and the brand don't drift apart over the next eleven months.
Also included: full copywriting for every page — you are not writing your own website. Plus SEO foundation, mobile-first responsive build, blog CMS with your Substack archive migrated and canonical tags handled so you don't compete with yourself, and a style guide page built inside the site so future pages stay on-system.
The goddess shoot is next May. The website is live in September. That's eight months of needing images you don't have yet — so you get a shot list mapped to what each page needs, plus guidance on setting, light, framing and wardrobe. Built so the site launches looking intentional rather than looking like it's waiting for real photos.
Plus a written systems audit of what's working, what's leaking and what to stop doing — grounded in your actual analytics rather than assumptions.
Explicitly not included: a content calendar, ongoing content creation, video editing, caption writing beyond the prompt bank, or template revisions after handoff. You get the shapes. You fill them.
Intuitive Strength Training becomes your front door. You already built your lead magnet and then left it in a private YouTube link. It asks nothing of anyone but attention, and it's the strongest possible proof of what you actually do. We give it a landing page, a proper gated delivery mechanism, and a follow-up sequence — so every person who takes it enters a list you own.
Two start dates. In both, I work the Labor Day holiday — I just won't need anything from you that day.
The build only works if the inputs arrive. Everything below is due by the last day of Discovery Week, and I'll send it as a checklist so nothing depends on memory.
The honest version: every day an asset is late is a day the build compresses. I can't write your About page without your story and I can't build your booking system without your prices. If something will be late, tell me during Discovery Week and we'll re-sequence rather than discover it in the final week.
This September build is the foundation, not the finish line. When The Aligned Way is printed and dated, the work becomes the Launch Phase — ecommerce and pre-order infrastructure, a press kit built around the Nicole Lucas shoot, press and podcast pitching from the target list we build this fall, launch email sequences, and support for the tour you're already seed-planting in person.
We'll scope and price that together in spring 2027, once the artwork is finished and we can see what the first eleven months of the site actually taught us. Nothing about it needs deciding now — but the September build is deliberately designed so that everything we do then plugs straight in.
Beth is the reason you and I are talking. She's also the last person I did this for — so rather than tell you I'm good at this, here's what she said when it was finished.
"It was also really confronting in the best way. Through the tools, advice, and encouragement Brandi gave me, I started to realize all the places I had been hiding in my business — just not showing up fully because of fear and doubt."
"Brandi helped me optimize everything from the overall visual direction of my website and branding, to marketing, content creation, selling products, and even how I show up as an artist. I had no doubt that by the time we finished, I was going to have no choice but to show up fully and confidently, because now I am GOING to get eyes on me."
"For years, I told myself I could just build my own website and that I didn't need to hire someone. Working with Brandi has been so eye-opening. I truly don't think I could have gotten my brand to this level of professionalism on my own, and I'm incredibly grateful to have had her in my corner for this chapter of my business's story."
"If you're thinking about working with Brandi, do it. She doesn't just make your brand look better, she helps you see your business differently, and she gives you the tools and confidence to actually step into it."
— Beth, artist and art director · The Aligned Way Oracle Deck
If you hired this out separately — a brand designer, a Webflow developer, a copywriter, a marketing strategist — here is roughly what the market charges. These are the conservative end of real ranges, not inflated ones, and I'll happily walk you through where each comes from.
| Brand strategy, identity suite & guidelines | $4,000 |
| 8-page custom Webflow build | $5,000 |
| Full copywriting, all 8 pages | $1,200 |
| Tech stack, SEO foundation, Substack migration | $1,500 |
| Marketing strategy, email systems & templates | $4,500 |
| Bought separately | $16,200 |
Discovery, brand identity and guidelines, 11-page custom website with full copywriting, SEO, tech stack, Bitwarden, photography guide — plus the systems audit, integrated marketing plan, Intuitive Strength Training front door, Brevo infrastructure, welcome sequence, content template kit, directory listings and press target list.
Discovery, brand identity and guidelines, 8-page custom website with full copywriting, SEO foundation, tech stack, Bitwarden, photography guide, handoff and training.
Most brand proposals don't include this page, and I think that's a mistake. You're being asked to commit five figures to something you can't see yet, on the word of someone you've spoken to a handful of times. That's a real risk and it shouldn't all be yours.
So here's what I'll put in writing.
At the end of Discovery Week you'll have your positioning statement, your point of view, your offer architecture, your verbal identity brief, and two visual directions to choose between.
If neither direction feels like you — if you look at both and think that isn't my brand — we stop there. You pay $1,500 for the Discovery work, you keep every document from it, and the balance is never invoiced. No build, no argument, no awkwardness.
I'd genuinely rather find that out in week one than build you a house you don't want to live in.
Thirty days after launch, if you can't add a page, swap a photo, or send a newsletter on your own — I retrain you until you can. Free, for as long as it takes.
You've described the pattern yourself: structure that turned into a cage, a podcast that became a job, things you built and then had to dismantle. That happens when people are handed assets instead of systems.
The entire point of this build is that you can run it without me, on the weeks you don't feel like showing up. If you can't, I haven't finished.
| Webflow | $25/mo annual · $39/mo monthly |
| Domain | ~$15–25/year |
| Google Workspace | ~$8.40/mo |
| Brevo | Free tier; paid from ~$9/mo |
| Calendly Standard | ~$10/seat/mo annual |
| Stripe / PayPal | Per-transaction only |
| Bitwarden | Free tier is sufficient |
Roughly $45–55/month to run the whole business, depending on billing choices. Figures as of August 2026 — worth verifying with each provider before committing, as software pricing changes often.
I build systems, not deliverables.
Most brand designers hand you a beautiful PDF and a website and then disappear, and six months later the site is stale, the newsletter never launched, and the brand guidelines are in a folder you can't find. You've described the pattern yourself — building things you'd have to dismantle, structure that turned into a cage, a podcast that became a job.
That happens because you were handed assets instead of systems.
What you'll have at the end of this is a brand world you can operate: a place to send people, a way for them to book you, a reason for them to give you their email, a plan for what to say and where to say it, and templates that make the saying of it fast. Built specifically to work on the weeks you don't feel like showing up — because those are the weeks that determine whether a business compounds or stalls.
You've given yourself a year before the deck. That's rare and it's the right call. Let's use it properly.
You aren't missing an audience. You're missing an address.
